hinged doors.

• Attics on all designs hinge
open to provide easy access
 to the additional rooms.

• All attics can be opened
without the need to open the
  front of the main house / shop.

• Unless load bearing, internal
walls can be left loose for ease
of decoration and also provide
flexibility with room sizes.

• All houses include stairs with enclosed or spindled banister
rails, internal doors, and
windows are supplied glazed.

• All houses include copper
wiring tape fitted to the rear
wall linking all rooms.

• For ease of decoration, houses and shops can be supplied with external  components unfixed; the customer specifies items.

• Alterations to the standard sizes and design can be accommodated to suit 
individual requirements, and
alternative features can
be discussed and
included if possible,
at an agreed
additional cost.
